We provide the following non-emergency transportation services to individuals who are unable to drive themselves to their appointments.
Wheelchair Transport
Our vehicles are equipped with a rear-entry ramp. Drivers will secure the client and wheelchair safely for transport. We accommodate manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. One family member may ride along.

Special Transportation
For clients with complex mobility needs who require additional assistance during transport. Drivers are trained to provide direct support from pickup to drop-off.

For clients who can walk but need transportation to medical appointments, dialysis, therapy, and other scheduled visits. Recurring appointment scheduling is available.

Who We Serve
Gentle Rides Transportation serves individuals of all ages who are unable to drive themselves to their appointments.
Individuals and Families
We pick up clients from their home, nursing home, assisted living facility, or other location and transport them to their scheduled appointment. One family member may ride along.
Healthcare Facilities and Care Coordinators
Hospitals, clinics, and care coordinators may refer clients directly. We work with your team to coordinate transportation as part of the care transition process.
Insurance and Private Pay Clients
We work with insurance and also accept private pay. Contact us to discuss your coverage and payment options before your first ride.

Trained, Background-Checked Drivers
All drivers pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening. Drivers are also CPR and First Aid certified.

We work with insurance and offer private pay for clients without coverage. Contact us to discuss your options before your first ride.
